My sailing experienced is mostly limited to small boats, having grown up sailing out of Northbridge sailing club. Recently spent 3 seasons crewing on a 16 foot skiff as sheet hand and bowman, thus a lot of experience of asymmetrical spinnaker flying. Spent 2 years running the Sydney University Sailing Club as secretary and Commodore. Done 5 races of a winter series on a Cookson 12 yacht, so some experience of in-harbor yacht racing. Very keen to learn more about Yacht racing!

I am 24 years old and am really interested in getting back into sailing after having about 10 months off . I have recently done the 2011 Sydney to Hobart yacht race on the Sydney 38 Team Another Challenge with Jessica Watson and was one of the first to inspire and brainstorm the campaign, before setting it into motion. I have also done many other Ocean races and yacht racing events like Airlie beach race week and Hamilton Island race week. I have just over 1500 offshore racing miles and many more delivery miles. I also have raced Dingy and Skiffs quite competitively. My sea safety and survival certificate is still valid till the end of 2016. I would love to hear from you with any information about potential crew positions on competitive yachts/ Dingys and any other sailing activities. Cheers! Sean Lindsell
